Hi, I’m Jessica!

It means so much to me that you’re here! For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to guiding individuals on their personal journeys of healing and self-discovery—a privilege that's shaped my life profoundly. I believe in the inherent potential for healing within each of us, and my practice is centred on creating a nurturing space for this transformative process to unfold.

Healing is anything but neat and tidy; it's about delving into uncomfortable truths and confronting the aspects of ourselves we've long avoided. I know this because I’ve lived it, and have emerged with an unshakable confidence that I can get through whatever challenges are put before me! I was able to do this by surrounding myself with the right support system- people who nurtured me, challenged me, held me accountable, and offered me the right tools that actually worked. I am so grateful that I can pay it forward by sharing everything I have learned with you!

My Approach

Many of us have been conditioned to deny ourselves the invaluable experience of acknowledging, processing, and releasing trauma or difficult emotions for various reasons. Whether it's a lack of feeling safe, a mistrust in our ability to handle what arises, or simply holding onto fear. This pattern is the pattern of self-abandonment. It occurs when the wounded parts of ourselves cry out for attention, yet instead of tending to them, we shut them down.

Self-abandonment only serves to prolong unnecessary suffering. Therefore, my therapeutic approach is designed to facilitate healing by allowing you the space to fully embrace the emotions you may have long suppressed, all within a safe and supportive environment.

I achieve this through a blend of cognitive and somatic techniques, which will allow us to explore how your mind and body communicate. By bridging the cognitive and somatic realms, you'll gain insight into how your thoughts, feelings, and sensations collaborate, fostering a more conscious, connected and compassionate relationship between your body and mind over time.
